Q. Do conference attendees need to download any software to join a conference?
A. Attendees only need to click once to join a conference after logging in.
Q. Can I safely share documents with my call participants?
A. Yes. The security built into WPN is very high. You can feel confident sharing your documents and confidential information from anywhere at anytime.
Q. How many participants can join my meeting?
A. Based on your subscription level, you will be able to have 10, 25, 50 or 100 participants join your meeting.
Q. Can I record my sessions for playback later?
A. You have the ability to record the audio portion of the call and then follow up by sending the materials covered.
Q. What can I show with WPN?
A. Anything you can access on your computer, can be shared in your WPNmeeting. For example, you have the ability to share PowerPoints, whiteboard and desktops.
Q. Is there a way I can track who is attending the meeting?
A. Yes. You can track who is attending the call by using the attendee registration feature. Or you can download a report of attendees after your meeting.
Q. Will there be anything on my invoice that I do not know about up front?
A. No. Because this is a flat rate service, billing is charged monthly at the same rate for subscription level that you have chosen.
Q. How many meetings can we have on the annual subscription plan?
A. You may have up to 1000 meetings per year. That’s roughly 3 meetings a day, 365 days of the year.
Q. Can conduct a Q & A session?
A. A chat feature is available to filter online questions.
Q. What if I need support during my meeting?
A. Technical support is available and your call will be answered by a Conference Coach to assist you with your questions.
Q. Can I have more than one presenter?
A. Yes. You can pass control and have more than 1 presenter assist with your conference.
Q. What operating systems is WPN compatible with?
A. Since this is a flashed based application, Mac’s, PC’s and Linux operating systems are compatible.
